Introducing Change Nation
Hello, I'm Naomi, and welcome to Change Nation. Change Nation is an organisational change management advisory business providing services to Australian Government agencies.

Founded in January 2022, my vision for Change Nation is to work with people to improve the design and delivery of services and experiences within (and provided by) government agencies.

This business is an opportunity for me to help people using my passion for delivering professional organisational change management services. It is also about opening a new path to contribute to philanthropic causes using my change experience.

Through my business, I will share my thoughts and experience on change in service of fostering better outcomes for people, and good governance.

Hi! I'm Naomi Hill - founder of Change Nation
I’m passionate about working with organisations to realise their vision for change through the practice of organisational change management. I draw on my extensive experience in government consulting to deliver pragmatic and sustainable outcomes.
I’m motivated by collaborating with clients to uncover and define a clear path to achieving outcomes for people and their organisations. My superpowers include quickly grasping diverse stakeholder needs together to create innovative and effective change impacts, services and products.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve developed the depth and breadth of my change skills by working on strategy and technology-driven transformation programs and projects for a broad range of Australian Government departments.

OUTSIDE OF WORK I AM...
Adventurous. I like to explore the amazing Canberra region and wilderness through hiking and geocaching.
Pragmatic. Always asking how the detail relates to the big picture and vice-a-versa (probably a work trait, too!)
Enthusiastic. Helping my daughter with her proficiency at recalling animal names (rather than her ABCs).
